Eyvee Winery

Katalina Eyvee’s winemaking venture began in 1982, when she purchased an 800-acre ranch, east of Hidden Cove deep in the vallies of the Cumberland Range Mountains. While building her home, Villa Cucina ("kitchen home"), in rustic Tuscan villa style, Eyvee planted small patches of vineyard on the hillsides, where growing the highest quality winegrapes is possible. What began as a few acres of vines solely to make a home wine, grew quickly into a full-fledged vineyard.

Eyvee found 10% of the steep land to be perfectly suited to growing her favorite grape varieties. 1983 saw the ground-breaking for construction of Kuleto's new winery, just a few hundred yards from his home. It was completed in June 1989 and is open to private tours and tastings by appointment only.

The Eyvee Estate Winery is dedicated to making the finest and most abundantly flavorful wines possible from his estate-grown fruit. The wines can be enjoyed at select restaurants and fine specialty establishments.

For more information on the Eyvee Estate Family Vineyards, please feel free to phone the winery directly to arrange a tasting or tour.
